The small size is perfect for sending to someone special as a gift, such as Grandma and Grandpa!
We are present at local Canberran markets for on the spot imprints, and also offer a mobile service where we can visit you at home, or attend a group session at your location eg a Parents group.
Gift Vouchers make a fantastic gift and can be purchased for $55 as a gift to someone special, where Baby Steps will travel to someone’s home to do a large clay imprint (these are available within the Canberra region).
Each clay imprint is fired in a kiln to a very high temperature then glazed and fired again. This creates a very durable product, which will last a lifetime. A quality stoneware modeling clay is used, which is a totally natural product, so there is no need to worry about the clay on baby’s skin.
There are several colours of glaze to choose from and baby's name can be hand written by the parent/guardian or imprinted with a typeset stamp. The date can also be captured, with how old the bub is, and/or the date the imprint was taken. Clay imprints are also available for pets, as a keepsake for special pet friends.
